RETURNS

For any reason, the customer can return the order, entirely or partially. The articles can be returned within 14 days from the receipt date of the goods.

In case you wanted to return the goods, you need to access your personal account on this site at the address: https://www.aniyerecords.com/en/login

After entering your Username and Password, open the dashboard of your account (https://www.aniyerecords.com/en/account/dashboard) and click on RETURNS tab, then follow the procedure instructions.

Enter the e-mail address with which you made the order from which you mean to return items.

The articles must be returned in the same conditions in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged. They must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The sole of shoes must be in perfect conditions and not show signs of usage.
The articles must be returned with all original labels, packages and other accessories (dustbag, and dress cover, ecc.) received into the parcel. The shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packages, which must be not damaged and altered or used as shipping packaging box.
The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer who can provide by courier or registered mail.
The customer who wishes to change size or color can place a new order.

REFUNDS

The refund is made only after the checking of returned articles.

Once all conditions are met, we will refund the credit card used for payment within 30 working days.
Costs, erroneously charged to Depeche srl, of transport and customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
For the ordered paid by credit card, the refund amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time can vary depending by credit card company, in any case it is about 20 working days.
The refunds are issued in the same currency of original purchase.
The shipping costs are never refunded.
